Stefan brings over 25 years of expertise in renewable energy, specialising in the financing and structuring of projects and companies. A solicitor admitted in England and Wales, Stefan began his career as a project finance lawyer, later becoming a partner in the London office of US law firm Reed Smith LLP.

For the past eight years, Stefan has been instrumental at Apatura, leveraging his legal and financial expertise to advance the company’s renewable energy initiatives. He holds a master’s degree from Cambridge University and a Ph.D. from Kiel University in Germany.
