Main Purpose of Role

To provide administrative support to the People & Culture Manager by assisting across the full employee life cycle, to ensure smooth operations and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • First point of contact for all HR administration enquiries
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, such as teambuilding events, social gatherings, and wellness programs.
  • Help with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Assist in creating HR policies, processes and documents.
  • Provide a range of administrative support to the People & Culture Manager, which includes processing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Support with benefits administration
  • Support on ad hoc projects and internal comms to the wider business

Role Requirements

Skills

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Knowledge & Experience

Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
